Breaking Free from the House of Mirrors: A Personal Journey to Truth
This message has been burning in my heart, and I’m so grateful for the chance to share it. Today, I want to talk about something we all wrestle with—identity. Not the world’s version, not the enemy’s distortion, but the truth of who we are in Christ.
Lately, I’ve felt the Holy Spirit nudging me to break free from the lies I’ve believed about myself. So many of us live stuck in what I call the “house of mirrors”—a place where our reflection is distorted, shaped by doubt, shame, fear, and the enemy’s lies. But that’s not who we really are.
When we stay in that place, we forget what God has said about us. We let the enemy rob us of our confidence, our calling, and our power. But no more. We were never meant to live in deception. God’s Word is our true mirror—and it says we are new creations, filled with purpose, and uniquely designed to glorify Him.
The truth is, God isn’t looking for perfection. He’s looking for the willing. I don’t have it all together—but I’ve said yes. And if He can use me, He can absolutely use you too.
